This Is A Free Prize Draw Forming Part Of The Attend Competitions Campaign "10 Ways To 10K". It Is Legally Separate From Every Other Promotion Operated Under That Campaign Name.

Open To Individuals Aged 18 Or Over Who Are Resident In England, Scotland Or Wales At The Time Of Entry.

Northern Ireland Residents Are Not Eligible.

Employees, Officers, Directors, Contractors And Agents Of EVERY EVENT EVERYWHERE LTD Or Attend, Their Immediate Family Members, Members Of Their Household, And Anyone Directly Involved In Administering Or Conducting The Draw Are Not Eligible.

The Promoter May Require Reasonable Evidence Of Age, Identity And Residence Before Awarding The Prize.

Entries Close At 23:59 GMT On 23 December 2026. Entries Completed After That Time Are Invalid. The Promoter Will Use Its System Records To Determine Whether An Entry Was Completed On Time.

Entry Is Free. To Enter Through The Attend Event Route, An Eligible Entrant Must, Before The Closing Time:

• Create A Genuine Personal Event On Attend;
• Have At Least Two Genuine, Distinct Attendees Aged 18 Or Over Join Or Accept That Event Through Attend; And
• Submit The Entrant's Attend Handle Through The Promotion Page So The Qualifying Activity Can Be Checked.

Qualifying Personal Events May Include Genuine Birthdays, Dinners, Gatherings, Trips, Parties, Celebrations And Similar Social Occasions. Events Created Only To Manufacture An Entry, Fake Attendees, Duplicate Accounts Or Manipulated Activity Do Not Qualify.

One Entry Per Person. Multiple Qualifying Events Do Not Create Additional Entries. The Promoter May Check Account, Event And Attendee Records And May Reject Duplicate, Automated, Fraudulent Or Manipulated Entries.

There Is One Cash Prize Of £10,000. The Prize Will Be Paid In 12 Monthly Instalments During 2027: £833.33 In Each Month From January To November And £833.37 In December. The First Instalment Will Be Paid No Later Than 27 January 2027, Subject To Verification, And The Final Instalment Will Be Paid By 31 December 2027.

The Prize Is Personal To The Winner And Cannot Be Transferred. No Alternative Prize Is Offered Because The Prize Is Already Cash.

One Provisional Winner Will Be Selected At Random On 28 December 2026 From All Valid Entries. The Draw Will Use A Verifiably Random Computer Process Or Will Be Conducted Under Independent Supervision. The Promoter Will Keep Evidence Of The Draw.

The Winner Is Responsible For Taxes Arising From The Prize. Before Payment, Sponsor May Require The Winner To Provide Information Reasonably Required For Tax Reporting, Including A Completed IRS Form W-9 Where Applicable. Sponsor May Issue An Information Return, Including Form 1099-MISC, As Required By Law.

The Provisional Winner Will Be Contacted Using The Email Address Or Phone Number Associated With The Relevant Attend Account Or Entry. The Provisional Winner Must Respond Within 14 Days Of The First Notification And Provide Reasonable Verification Requested By The Promoter.

If The Provisional Winner Does Not Respond Within 14 Days, Cannot Be Contacted After Reasonable Attempts, Refuses Verification Or Is Found Ineligible, The Entry Will Be Disqualified And The Promoter May Select Another Provisional Winner At Random.

The Promoter Does Not Plan To Make A Public Winner Announcement. However, Where Required By The CAP Code Or Applicable Law, The Promoter May Make Available Limited Information Indicating That A Valid Award Took Place. The Winner May Object To, Or Ask To Reduce, Such Disclosure. The Promoter May Still Provide Information To The Advertising Standards Authority If Required.

The Promoter May Disqualify An Entrant Where There Is Reasonable Evidence Of Fraud, False Information, Duplicate Or Fake Accounts, Fabricated Attendees, Technical Manipulation, Abuse Of The Promotion Or A Material Breach Of These Official Rules. A Prize Will Not Be Withheld For Reasons That Are Not Stated In These Rules.

Personal Information Will Be Processed To Administer The Promotion, Verify Eligibility, Contact The Provisional Winner, Fulfil The Prize And Keep Appropriate Audit Records. Competition Administration Messages Are Not Marketing. Marketing Consent Is Separate And Optional. Promotion Records Will Normally Be Retained For 3 Years After The Promotion Closes, Then Deleted Or Anonymised Unless A Longer Period Is Required By Law. Nothing In These Rules Excludes Or Limits Liability That Cannot Lawfully Be Excluded, Including Liability For Death Or Personal Injury Caused By Negligence, Fraud Or Fraudulent Misrepresentation. Subject To That, The Promoter Is Not Responsible For Events Outside Its Reasonable Control Or For Entries That Are Lost, Incomplete, Corrupted Or Not Received Because Of A Technical Failure Not Caused By The Promoter.

The Promoter Will Not Change The Closing Date Or Material Terms Except Where Unavoidable Circumstances Beyond Its Reasonable Control Make A Change Necessary And The Change Can Be Made Fairly Without Disadvantaging Existing Entrants. Any Necessary Material Change Will Be Communicated Prominently.

These Rules Are Governed By The Laws Of England And Wales To The Extent Permitted By Law. Entrants In Scotland Retain Any Mandatory Rights And Protections That Apply To Them Under Scottish Law. Nothing In These Rules Restricts Any Mandatory Consumer Rights.
