The Entrant Is The Event Organiser. Each Accepted Organiser Receives One Free Entry In The Attend 100 Random Drawing And Nominates One Eligible Attendee As Its Designated Prize Recipient. On 28 December 2026, Sponsor Will Randomly Select One Eligible Organiser Entry. If The Organiser And Nominee Pass Verification, The Organiser's Nominated Attendee Receives The $10,000 Prize Directly From Sponsor. The Organiser Does Not Receive Any Part Of The Prize.

There Is No Fee To Apply For, Accept Or Submit An Attend 100 Organiser Entry. An Organiser Does Not Need To Buy Anything From Attend, Use Attend Ticketing, Create A Paid Attend Account, Purchase Event Tickets Or Make Any Other Payment To Sponsor. The Qualifying Event May Be An Event They Organise Or Attend. The Event Organiser Was Already Genuinely Organising. A Purchase Or Payment By The Organiser Or Any Attendee Will Not Increase The Organiser's Chances Of Selection.

Participation Is Invitation Or Application Based And Subject To Acceptance By Attend. A Genuine Organiser May Participate As A Company, Sole Proprietor, Partnership, Church, Nonprofit, University Or Student Organisation, Or Informal Event Brand Or Collective. The Authorised Representative Submitting The Entry Must Be 18 Or Over.

Eligibility Is Based On The Qualifying Event Location, Not The Organiser's Own Place Of Incorporation, Registration Or Residence.

The Event Must Take Place In California Or Georgia.

The Event Must Be Real And Genuine, Open To Actual Attendees And Held Before The Nomination Deadline.

The Event May Be Paid Or Free And May Be Public Or Private.

The Organiser Must Be Able To Provide Reasonable Evidence That The Nominated Attendee Genuinely Attended.

The Event Must Not Be Created Purely To Manufacture An Attend 100 Entry.

The Event Does Not Need To Use Attend, Attend Ticketing Or Any Other Attend Service.

One Organiser Is Permitted One Attend 100 Entry In Total, Regardless Of How Many Qualifying Events It Organises. Related Brands Or Entities May Be Treated As One Organiser Where Sponsor Reasonably Determines That They Are Under Common Control And Are Being Used To Obtain Duplicate Entries.

Before Advertising Or Using Its Nomination Method, The Organiser Must Submit The Method To Attend And Obtain Approval. Examples May Include Best Outfit, Best Dance, Best Post, A Quiz Or Game, A Community Award, Random Attendee Selection Or Another Approved Method.

The Nomination Method Must Not Require An Additional Payment Specifically For Nomination, Reward The Highest Spender, Give Additional Nomination Chances For Spending More, Increase Ticket Prices Because Of The $10,000 Opportunity, Or Be Unlawful, Dangerous Or Unlawfully Discriminatory.

The Designated Prize Recipient:

• Must Be 18 Years Of Age Or Older;
• Must Be A Legal Resident Of California Or Georgia;
• Must Be A Genuine Attendee Of The Organiser's Qualifying Event;
• Must Not Be An Employee, Officer Or Director Of The Organiser Or The Participating Organiser;
• Must Not Be An Employee, Officer, Director, Contractor Or Agent Of KWAM2 LTD Or Attend, An Immediate Family Or Household Member Of Such A Person, Or Anyone Directly Involved In Administering Or Conducting The Drawing.

The Organiser Is Responsible For Selecting An Eligible Nominee And For Having Permission To Provide The Nominee's Contact Details To Attend For Sweepstakes Administration. When Submitting The Nominee, The Organiser Warrants That The Nominee Meets The Eligibility Requirements. Sponsor Does Not Need To Verify Every Nominee Before The Drawing. The Selected Organiser's Nominee Will Be Verified Before The Prize Is Paid.

One Eligible Organiser Entry Will Be Selected By Random Drawing On 28 December 2026. The Odds Of Selection Depend On The Number Of Eligible Organiser Entries Received.

The Selected Organiser And/Or Nominated Prize Recipient Will Be Contacted Using The Email Address And/Or Phone Number Supplied. They Must Respond Within 14 Days Of The First Notification And Provide Reasonable Verification Requested By Sponsor. Verification May Include The Nominee's Identity, Age, California Or Georgia Residence, Attendance At The Qualifying Event And Exclusion Status.

If The Selected Organiser Or Nominee Does Not Respond Within 14 Days, Cannot Be Contacted After Reasonable Attempts, Refuses Verification, Or The Nominee Is Ineligible, That Organiser Entry Will Be Disqualified And Sponsor May Randomly Select Another Eligible Organiser Entry.

There Is One Cash Prize Of $10,000, Paid As One Lump Sum Directly To The Verified Designated Prize Recipient Of The Selected Organiser No Later Than 27 January 2027, Subject To Timely Verification. The Organiser Receives No Part Of The Prize.

The Prize Recipient Is Responsible For Taxes Arising From The Prize. Before Payment, Sponsor May Require The Prize Recipient To Complete IRS Form W-9 Or Provide Other Information Reasonably Required For Tax Reporting. Sponsor May Issue Form 1099-MISC Or Another Information Return As Required By Law.

Sponsor Does Not Plan A Public Winner Announcement. Sponsor May Retain And Disclose Limited Prize Recipient Information If Required By Applicable Law, A Regulator Or A Court.

Sponsor May Disqualify An Organiser Entry Where There Is Reasonable Evidence Of Fraud, Duplicate Entry, False Information, A Fabricated Event Or Attendee, An Unapproved Or Prohibited Nomination Method, Manipulation Of The Sweepstakes, Or Another Material Breach Of These Rules Or The Attend 100 Organiser Participation Terms.

Personal Information Will Be Processed To Administer Attend 100, Review Organiser Eligibility And Nomination Methods, Record Nominations, Conduct The Drawing, Contact And Verify The Selected Organiser And Nominee, Fulfil The Prize, Comply With Legal And Tax Obligations And Keep Appropriate Audit Records. Marketing Consent Is Separate And Optional. Promotion Records Will Normally Be Retained For 3 Years After The Sweepstakes Closes, Then Deleted Or Anonymised Unless A Longer Period Is Required By Law. Each Organiser Remains Responsible For The Safe And Lawful Operation Of Its Event And Nomination Activity. To The Fullest Extent Permitted By Applicable Law, Sponsor Is Not Responsible For Entries That Are Lost, Incomplete, Corrupted Or Not Received Because Of Technical Failures Outside Sponsor's Reasonable Control. Nothing In These Rules Limits Rights Or Remedies That Cannot Lawfully Be Waived.

If Fraud, Technical Failure, Legal Restriction Or Another Circumstance Outside Sponsor's Reasonable Control Materially Affects The Integrity Or Lawful Operation Of The Sweepstakes, Sponsor May Take Reasonable Steps To Suspend, Modify Or Cancel It. Sponsor Will Not Unfairly Disadvantage Valid Entries Already Received.

These Rules Are Subject To Applicable Federal Law And The Law Of The State In Which The Qualifying Event Takes Place. Nothing In These Rules Removes Any Non-Waivable Right Or Remedy Available Under Applicable Law.
