Eligibility

Open To Legal Residents Of California Or Georgia Who Are 18 Years Of Age Or Older At The Time Of Entry.

New York Residents Are Excluded.

Employees, Officers, Directors, Contractors And Agents Of KWAM2 LTD Or Attend, Their Immediate Family Members, Members Of Their Household, And Anyone Directly Involved In Administering Or Conducting The Drawing Are Not Eligible.

Void Where Prohibited By Law.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes Closes At 11:59 P.M. Pacific Time On 23 December 2026. Sponsor's Systems Are The Official Timekeeper For Online Entries.

How To Enter

Entry Is Free. No Purchase Or Payment Is Required To Enter Or Win.

To Enter:

  • Create A Genuine Personal Event On Attend Without Paying An Entry Fee;
  • Have At Least Two Genuine, Distinct Attendees Aged 18 Or Over Join Or Accept The Event Through Attend; And
  • Submit The Entrant's Attend Handle Through The Promotion Page Before The Closing Time.

Entry Limit

One Entry Per Person In Total. Duplicate, Automated, Fabricated Or Manipulated Entries May Be Removed.

Prize

There Is One Cash Prize Of $10,000. The Prize Will Be Paid In 12 Monthly Instalments During 2027: $833.33 In Each Month From January To November And $833.37 In December. The First Instalment Will Be Paid No Later Than 27 January 2027, Subject To Verification, And The Final Instalment Will Be Paid By 31 December 2027.

Drawing And Odds

One Provisional Winner Will Be Selected By Random Drawing On 28 December 2026 From All Eligible Entries Received. The Odds Of Winning Depend On The Number Of Eligible Entries Received.

Winner Notification And Verification

The Provisional Winner Will Be Contacted By Email And/Or Phone Using The Information Supplied With The Entry. The Provisional Winner Must Respond Within 14 Days Of The First Notification And Provide Reasonable Evidence Of Age, Identity And Residence.

If The Provisional Winner Does Not Respond Within 14 Days, Cannot Be Contacted After Reasonable Attempts, Refuses Verification Or Is Ineligible, The Entry Will Be Disqualified And An Alternate Provisional Winner May Be Selected At Random.

Taxes

The Winner Is Responsible For Taxes Arising From The Prize. Before Payment, Sponsor May Require The Winner To Provide Information Reasonably Required For Tax Reporting, Including A Completed IRS Form W-9 Where Applicable. Sponsor May Issue An Information Return, Including Form 1099-MISC, As Required By Law.

Winner Information

Sponsor Does Not Plan A Public Winner Announcement. Sponsor May Retain And Disclose Limited Winner Information If Required By Applicable Law, A Regulator Or A Court.

Fair Play And Disqualification

Sponsor May Disqualify Entries Reasonably Believed To Involve Fraud, False Information, Fake Or Duplicate Accounts, Fabricated Attendees, Automated Entry, Technical Manipulation Or A Material Breach Of These Official Rules.

Privacy And Marketing

Personal Information Will Be Processed To Administer The Sweepstakes, Verify Eligibility, Contact The Provisional Winner, Fulfil The Prize, Comply With Legal And Tax Obligations And Keep Appropriate Audit Records. Marketing Consent Is Separate And Optional. Promotion Records Will Normally Be Retained For 3 Years After The Sweepstakes Closes, Then Deleted Or Anonymised Unless A Longer Period Is Required By Law. Release And Limitation Of Liability

To The Fullest Extent Permitted By Applicable Law, Sponsor Is Not Responsible For Entries That Are Lost, Incomplete, Corrupted Or Not Received Because Of Technical Failures Outside Sponsor's Reasonable Control. Nothing In These Rules Limits Rights Or Remedies That Cannot Lawfully Be Waived.

Changes, Suspension And Cancellation

If Fraud, Technical Failure, Legal Restriction Or Another Circumstance Outside Sponsor's Reasonable Control Materially Affects The Integrity Or Lawful Operation Of The Sweepstakes, Sponsor May Take Reasonable Steps To Suspend, Modify Or Cancel It. Sponsor Will Not Make A Change That Unfairly Disadvantages Valid Entries Already Received Unless Necessary To Comply With Law Or Preserve The Integrity Of The Sweepstakes.

Governing Law And Disputes

These Rules Are Subject To Applicable Federal Law And The Law Of The Entrant's State Of Residence. Nothing In These Rules Removes Any Non-Waivable Right Or Remedy Available Under Applicable Law.
