The Entrant Must Be Currently Enrolled At An Accredited Degree-Granting College Or University With A Physical Campus In One Of New York City’s Five Boroughs.

Employees, Officers, Directors, Contractors And Agents Of KWAM2 LTD Or Attend, Their Immediate Family Members, Members Of Their Household, And Anyone Directly Involved In Administering Or Conducting The Drawing Are Not Eligible.

Participating Universities, Colleges, Student Unions And Student Organisations Are Not Sponsors Unless Expressly Agreed In Writing.

The Sweepstakes Closes At 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time On 23 December 2026. Sponsor's Systems Are The Official Timekeeping Device For Online Entries.

Entry Is Free. No Purchase Or Payment Is Required To Enter Or Win.

To Enter:

• Create A Genuine Personal Event On Attend Without Paying An Entry Fee;
• Have At Least Two Genuine, Distinct Attendees Aged 18 Or Over Join Or Accept The Event Through Attend; And
• Submit The Entrant's Attend Handle Through The New York Student Launch Page Before The Closing Time.

One Entry Per Person In Total. Duplicate, Automated, Fabricated Or Manipulated Entries May Be Removed.

There Is One Cash Prize Of $4,000, Paid As A Single Lump Sum Following Verification And No Later Than 27 January 2027.

One Provisional Winner Will Be Selected By Random Drawing On 28 December 2026 From All Eligible Entries Received. The Odds Of Winning Depend On The Number Of Eligible Entries Received.

The Provisional Winner Will Be Contacted By Email And/Or Phone Using The Information Supplied With The Entry. The Provisional Winner Must Respond Within 14 Days Of The First Notification And Provide Reasonable Evidence Of Identity, Age, New York Residence And Current Enrolment At An Eligible Institution.

If The Provisional Winner Does Not Respond Within 14 Days, Cannot Be Contacted After Reasonable Attempts, Refuses Verification Or Is Ineligible, The Entry Will Be Disqualified And An Alternate Provisional Winner May Be Selected At Random.

The Winner Is Responsible For Taxes Arising From The Prize. Before Payment, Sponsor May Require A Completed IRS Form W-9 Or Other Information Reasonably Required For Tax Reporting. Sponsor May Issue Form 1099-MISC Or Another Information Return As Required By Law.

Sponsor Does Not Plan A Public Winner Announcement. Sponsor May Retain And Disclose Limited Winner Information If Required By Applicable Law, A Regulator Or A Court.

Sponsor May Disqualify Entries Reasonably Believed To Involve Fraud, False Information, Fake Or Duplicate Accounts, Fabricated Attendees, Automated Entry, Technical Manipulation Or A Material Breach Of These Official Rules.

Personal Information Will Be Processed To Administer The Sweepstakes, Verify Eligibility And Student Status Where Necessary, Contact The Provisional Winner, Fulfil The Prize, Comply With Legal And Tax Obligations And Keep Appropriate Audit Records. Marketing Consent Is Separate And Optional. Promotion Records Will Normally Be Retained For 3 Years After The Sweepstakes Closes, Then Deleted Or Anonymised Unless A Longer Period Is Required By Law. To The Fullest Extent Permitted By Applicable Law, Sponsor Is Not Responsible For Entries That Are Lost, Incomplete, Corrupted Or Not Received Because Of Technical Failures Outside Sponsor's Reasonable Control. Nothing In These Rules Limits Rights Or Remedies That Cannot Lawfully Be Waived.

If Fraud, Technical Failure, Legal Restriction Or Another Circumstance Outside Sponsor's Reasonable Control Materially Affects The Integrity Or Lawful Operation Of The Sweepstakes, Sponsor May Take Reasonable Steps To Suspend, Modify Or Cancel It. Sponsor Will Not Unfairly Disadvantage Valid Entries Already Received.
