ORGANIZER PARTICIPATION TERMS

These Terms Govern An Organiser's Participation In The Attend 100. They Sit Alongside The Applicable Official Rules. If There Is A Conflict About The Prize Draw Or Sweepstakes Itself, The Applicable Official Rules Take Priority.

Participation Is Invitation Or Application Based And Subject To Acceptance By Attend. Acceptance Is Not Guaranteed. Attend May Request Reasonable Information To Confirm That The Applicant Is A Genuine Event Organiser And That The Proposed Event And Nomination Method Are Suitable.

An Organiser May Have One Attend 100 Entry In Total, Regardless Of How Many Events It Operates. An Organiser Must Not Create Or Use Related Brands, Companies, Accounts Or Representatives To Obtain Additional Entries.

A Qualifying Event Does Not Need To Be Created, Listed, Ticketed Or Sold Through Attend. Participation In Attend 100 Does Not Require The Organiser To Buy Any Attend Product Or Service.

The Organiser Must Be Genuinely Responsible For An Actual Event Taking Place In California Or Georgia. The Event May Be Paid Or Free And Public Or Private. It Must Be Held Before The Nomination Deadline And Must Not Be Created Purely To Manufacture An Attend 100 Entry.

The Organiser Must Submit Its Proposed Nomination Method To Attend And Receive Approval Before Promoting Or Using The Method. Attend May Reject Or Require Changes To A Method That Creates Legal, Safety, Fairness, Reputational Or Operational Concerns.

A Nomination Method Must Not:

• Require A Separate Payment Specifically To Become Eligible For Nomination;
• Reward The Highest Spender Or Give Additional Nomination Chances For Spending More;
• Increase Event Ticket Prices Because Of Attend 100;
• Be Unlawful, Dangerous, Misleading Or Unlawfully Discriminatory;
• Misrepresent The Nominee As A Winner Before The Final Random Drawing.

The Organiser Must Use Accurate Attend 100 Wording And Must Not Say Or Imply That A Person From Its Event Is Guaranteed To Win. Suitable Wording Includes: "One Attendee From Our Event Will Become Our Official Attend 100 Nominee." The Organiser Must Link Or Direct People To The Applicable Official Rules Where Required.

The Organiser Must Select One Genuine Attendee Aged 18 Or Over Who Is Resident In California Or Georgia, Who Satisfies The Applicable Official Rules And Who Is Not An Owner, Officer, Director Or Employee Of The Participating Organiser. The Organiser Is Responsible For Applying The Approved Method Fairly And Keeping Reasonable Evidence That The Method Was Followed.

Before Submitting The Nominee's Contact Details, The Organiser Must Have A Reasonable Basis To Provide Those Details To Attend For Promotion Administration And Winner Contact. The Organiser Must Not Submit A Person Who Has Asked Not To Be Involved.

The Complete Nomination Must Be Submitted By 11:59 P.M. Pacific Time On 23 December 2026. Once Submitted, The Nominee Is Final And Cannot Be Changed.

Attend May Request Reasonable Evidence Of The Event, The Nomination Method, The Nominee's Attendance And The Organiser's Compliance. The Organiser Should Retain Relevant Evidence Until At Least 27 January 2027 And Longer If A Verification, Complaint Or Dispute Remains Open.

If The Organiser Is Selected In The Random Drawing, The $10,000 Prize Is Paid Directly To Its Verified Nominated Prize Recipient. The Organiser Does Not Receive Any Portion Of The Prize And Has No Right To Redirect The Prize To Another Person.

Attend May Reject Or Disqualify An Organiser Entry For Duplicate Entry, False Or Misleading Information, A Fabricated Event Or Attendee, An Unapproved Or Prohibited Nomination Method, Failure To Provide Reasonable Evidence, Manipulation Or Another Material Breach Of These Terms Or The Official Rules.

The Organiser Remains Solely Responsible For Its Event, Ticketing, Venue, Staff, Licences, Safety, Insurance, Attendees And Compliance With Law. Attend 100 Participation Does Not Make Attend The Organiser, Operator, Partner Or Sponsor Of The Organiser's Event Unless Separately Agreed In Writing.

Attend May Provide Campaign Logos, Wording, Signs Or Digital Assets For Use Only In Connection With Approved Attend 100 Participation. The Organiser Must Not Materially Alter Legal Wording, Create False Claims, Imply A Broader Partnership, Or Continue Using Campaign Materials After Participation Ends.

Competition Administration Information Is Used As Described In The Attend Competitions Privacy Notice. Entry Or Participation Does Not Itself Opt The Organiser Or Nominee Into Marketing. Marketing Choices Are Separate.

These Terms Are Subject To Applicable Federal Law And The Law Of The State In Which The Qualifying Event Takes Place. Nothing In These Terms Removes Any Non-Waivable Right Or Remedy.
